Are you a seasoned Enterprise Architect passionate about driving digital transformation within the healthcare sector? Do you have a strong track record of successfully adopting and implementing Enterprise Architecture (EA) tooling solutions? We seek a talented individual to join our team on a contract basis, working on an exciting project to enhance the NHS's digital capabilities by adopting advanced EA tools.
Enterprise Architect Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within the NHS to understand their requirements, pain points, and strategic goals related to Enterprise Architecture.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for the adoption and integration of EA tooling across NHS systems, focusing on improving efficiency, decision-making, and overall performance.
Design and implement frameworks for data governance, architecture modeling, and documentation using industry-standard EA tools.
Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring the successful deployment of EA tooling solutions and adherence to best practices.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of the adopted tools, making necessary adjustments to optimize their performance and alignment with the NHS's objectives.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a clear understanding of the benefits and implications of the adopted EA tooling solutions.
Enterprise Architect Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, ideally within the healthcare sector (NHS) or large public organisations.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and hands-on experience with EA toolsets (Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational System Architect, etc.).
Strong understanding of the NHS's digital landscape, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Solid problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically while executing tactically.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.) are a plus.
