Contract Product Manager

Company: Health Tech - NHS

Location: Leeds - two days/week

Duration: April 2025, then October

Rate: £500 per day inside IR35

 

Brio Digital is partnering with a leading health tech business to source a contract Product Manager who is passionate about driving the adoption and successful implementation of healthcare technology products.

 

As a Product Manager, you will encourage adopting and expanding core clinical products and technology. You will facilitate successful implementations across multiple care settings/organisations, such as 111, Ambulance Services, Care Homes, Mental Health Providers, and more.

 

Product Manager Responsibilities:

- Encourage adoption and expand the use of core products and technology's latest features/functionality.

- Facilitate successful implementation across multiple care settings/organisations, including 111, Ambulance Services, Care Homes, Mental Health Providers, etc.

- Engage stakeholders and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth migration of users to new products.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges to adoption and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and weak points.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while fostering trust and collaborative relationships with team members.

- Manage and execute Adoption/Implementation Projects, measuring success and reporting on the uptake.

- Lead a team of implementation specialists responsible for the Product Adoption Life Cycle (Awareness, Pilots, Implementation, Support).

- Stay engaged with delivery teams and provide feedback, ensuring relevant stakeholder/user input is considered for Product Backlog inclusion.

 

Product Manager Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, focusing on healthcare (NHS) technology solutions.

- Demonstrated success in driving adoption and implementation of products across multiple care settings/organizations.

- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and user migration to new products.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while fostering collaborative relationships.

- Experience managing and executing Adoption/Implementation Projects, measuring success, and reporting on uptake.

- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including 111, Ambulance Services, Care Homes, Mental Health Providers, etc.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
