Principal Recruitment Consultant - IT

We’re looking to hire an experienced IT recruiter to help build Brio Resourcing into a market-leading professional brand. We support permanent recruitment, contract, and SOW project based deliver

We will support you with all the modern tools that work; branding activities, commercial support, training, investment to grow, and most importantly, leadership. Our aim is to coach and create leaders within our business. 

Our management style is mature. We let you breathe and find your way to do new business. Our working hours are flexible, and you can work wherever you want. Our commission plan is set in stone and within the industry's top brackets. We reward success, and the business will be employee-owned so you can see the proper wealth generation you deserve for your hard work and loyal service. 

We’re open to all comers, whether contract consultants, 360 perm, or SOW Business Development people. 

What we look for;

  • Service-driven recruiters who want to work within a mature and nurturing environment.

  • Proven expertise in new business development strategies and relationship building.

  • Has successfully worked in a vertical market. Our main areas are IT Leadership, Software Engineering, and Agile Delivery. However, we’re very open. 

  • Understanding and ideas for modern marketing strategies, including events and community-led approaches.

  • Wanting to progress and offer solutions to clients, above and beyond standard talent strategies.

  • A self-motivated work ethic is essential.
