Senior Full Stack Engineer | Ruby, React, AWS | Fully Remote

The Job

Working within a remote-first, distributed team you will be tasked to design, develop, test and deploy end to end Ruby & React features / services powering a real-time FinTech Data platform. Handling 100k RPS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the product performance, usability and scalability and work on a 70/30 backend to frontend full stack basis.

The teams are structured into cross-functional squads with a dedicated Product Manager and Developer-in-Test in each to ensure code quality and product delivery is maintained.

The Tech Environment

Ruby on Rails (3.2+), REST, GraphQL, React, Hotwire, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS (S3, RDS, ECS, EKS), Argo CI/CD, Kafka, Rspec/Capybara

(You don’t need to know 100% of the tech stack to be considered for the role)

The Numbers & Eligibility

Offering up to $90k USD base salary, you are entitled to PTO, Flexible Working hours, Fully Remote working. The role employment will be a B2B agreement.
