At Brio Digital, we choose to work with companies who operate in the tech-for-good space and we operate in 4 main verticals: Software Development, IT Delivery, Data and, IT Architecture and Leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking recruitment organisation focussed on supplying the very best technical talent to Tech for Good organisations across The North.

The skills you should have:

- Excellent communication skills, ideally honed in a customer facing role - Able to process information quickly - Inquisitive about new tools and technologies - Ambitious and target driven

The skills you will gain:

- Expert sales and negotiation ability with in-house and external coaching - Encouraged to build technical knowledge and develop a personal brand - Thorough understanding of the Permanent and Contract Tech Recruitment markets - Ability to accurately search for and assess candidates against client requirements

How we work:

- Excellent commission scheme - 8:30am - 5:30pm as our core hours - 27 days holiday + bank holidays - Hybrid work environment - 2 days in the Leeds office (right next to Leeds train station) - Laptop and home office supplied (home office includes: second desktop monitor, wireless mouse and keyboard and bluetooth headphones)
