Azure AI Developer

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Azure AI Developer who can turn AI concepts into real-world applications that make a measurable difference.

You’ll be the go-to person for building Copilots, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent search tools, moving from prototype to production in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a highly visible role, working across teams and pushing Azure AI to its limits while keeping solutions secure, scalable, and business-focused.

What You’ll Work On

• Designing and building AI-powered features with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search.
• Developing agent-based workflows with Copilot, Foundry, and Fabric Agents.
• Linking Power Platform prototypes to robust Azure solutions.
• Using cognitive enrichment to mine unstructured data (e.g. SharePoint docs) for insights.
• Integrating Azure OpenAI for natural language querying, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Collaborating with data engineering teams (Databricks, Fabric, Power BI) to unify data for AI use cases.
• Iterating quickly with Azure DevOps while ensuring maintainability and security.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, and data tools (SQL, Cosmos DB a plus).
• Background in both low-code and pro-code AI solutions.
• Strong API integration skills (REST, GraphQL).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Curiosity about LLMs, agent architectures, and intelligent search.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
